Our NEV electric drive system headquarters project under construction is located in Zhuji Economic Development Zone, Zhejiang Province, with a total investment of 5.5 billion yuan and a total land area of 352.7 mu(about 235,133 square meters), and will be constructed in two phases. We plan to build a cluster of upstream supporting industries with the NEV industry being the core, covering autonomous driving, automotive-grade semiconductors and electric drives. The project mainly produces electric drive system products, including motors, electric control units, and electric drive assemblies of batteries, motors and electric control systems. Our annual output value is expected to reach 1.2 billion yuan when Phase I is operational, and 3 billion yuan when Phase II is operational.
